Welcome 2023-2024 MSFV Officers

At our last luncheon, on May 2, 2023, we celebrated our incoming Miami Shores Friendly Villager Officers at their Installation Ceremony. Congratulations to our Executive Board! Susanne Rice, President; Fran O'Connell, 1st Vice President; Linda Cabassa, 2nd Vice President; Michael Alexander, Recording Secretary; Helen Mendel, Corresponding Secretary; Nan Simon, Treasurer; and Virginia Taylor, Advisor. Welcome to the team, Michael! We also thanked our preceding Officer, Marina Cacici for her unwavering dedication and support to the Club. Dr. Carol Hoffman gave a beautiful induction and spoke of the great unity within our membership and Robin Hechler introduced our new Executive Board. They each were presented with flowers decorated with individual colored ribbons, each with a special meaning highlighting their roles.

We had our 1st Mother's Day Pop Up Market, featuring local vendors, Pebble & Vine, French Rustic Home, Mary Kay, Wild Eye Curations, Miami Gift Brosway Boutique and a beautiful basket was donated by Home Crush. Thank you for all you do for our community.

In addition, all of our members received a Happy Mother's Day beautiful, delicious and individually packaged dessert from the creative pastry studio, Frudecco located at 8212 NE 2nd Avenue. It was a beautful day! #befriendly
