MSFV - Welcome Back Luncheon Feautring John Bachay

John Bachay is a local historian with an extensive background in historic preservation.He has a degree in History from the University of Wisconsin. He is a city guide, board member and officer for the Miami Design and Preservation League based in Miami Beach. He is also an officer and board member for Dade Heritage Trust, the oldest preservation organization in Miami Dade County. He conducts tours of Miami Beach and Miami Shores for History Miami as a contract city guide. A long time resident of Miami Shores, he has served on the Village’s Historic Preservation Board. He is currently the archivist at Brockway Memorial Library in Miami Shores Village.
